General Questions:

Why is the promotional code not working on my order?

There might be a few reasons why a promotional code might not automatically apply to your order. Please keep in mind one promotional code can be redeemed per order. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our support email with the code you would like to use, and we will fix the issue for you. 

Why am I not able to add shipping to my address?

Please email us with your shipping address, and the items you would like to order.

The item I want is sold out, will it be back soon?

We are a small business with limited quantities, and some items once sold out might not be restocked. 

How long are estimated shipping times?

Shipping times will vary but should be within 5-12 business days. Please note that  we require a 3-5 day processing time before your order is dispatched. Due to COVID-19 shipping times are approx. and might take longer. 

What are the policies on returns?

For now we are selling all of our limited pieces as FINAL SALE. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to accept returns on soft goods. (If there is an issue with your order please reach out to our support email)
